Cross My
Heart
Isabel is so proud to share that her latest short film, Cross My Heart, has made it’s official premiere at the LA Shorts Film Festival.

This project means so much to Isabel — an emotional story about promises, growing up, and breaking free. Playing Janice, she explored that in-between space where habit and ownership collide. The journey of coming into her own and taking ownership over what she wants for her life was the best rollercoaster ride to dive into knife first. It also sparked her love of horror. Let’s just say… a lot of fake blood was involved.

IAMA THEATRE -
Earlier this year, Isabel produced a series of play readings with the Double Take Actors Collective—formed with fellow artists from the IAMA Summer Acting Intensive—to raise funds for fire relief in Los Angeles. Performed at the IAMA Theater Company, the series included The Foundation, a piece Isabel wrote and directed, and Sitting Next to Me, in which she performed.
The Foundation
The Foundation follows Julia, a queer debutante caught between love and family expectations. When her sister catches her in a vulnerable moment, a backyard conversation threatens to upend everything they thought they knew.
The event raised donations for families affected by the wildfires—and gave Isabel the chance to act, write, direct, and produce in one unforgettable night.
